Luxurious holiday home
Casa Nostra is a very comfortable holiday chalet that can accommodate six people (+ a baby / toddler). The chalet is located in an ideal area in the very south of Austria.

The holiday home has a spacious, luxuriously furnished and cozy living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a loft and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The format is as follows:

Ground floor:

  • Hall (with washing machine and dryer behind sliding door)

  • Living room (with television, wood stove and stereo)

  • Dining room (with dining table)

  • Open kitchen (with hob, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator)

  • Toilet

 

First floor:

  • Bedroom (with one double bed and south-facing balcony)

  • Bedroom (with two single beds)

  • Bathroom (with two washbasins, bath and shower)

  • Toilet

Second floor:

  • Loft (with a bunk bed)

​

From the living room you have two patio doors to the terrace and you have an unobstructed view to the south. Behind the house is a spacious carport and a storage room.

Pets are not allowed. It is not allowed to smoke in the chalet.

The last village
Kötschach-Mauthen is the last village before the border crossing to Italy with about 2200 people living here.

​

It's a cozy village with many restaurants, cafés and a number of different supermarkets including a SPAR, Lidl and a Billa. In addition, there are all kinds of other stores for daily necessities. The village also has a sports shop where they can help you with your skiing equipment.

In Kötschach-Mauthen there is a large public swimming pool (the Aquarena) for all ages. The pool has two large outdoor pools with a sunbathing area and a volleyball court, an indoor pool, a wellness center and a restaurant. There is also a natural pool in the village.

Distances:

  • It is about a ten minute walk to the slopes of Kötschach-Mauthen

  • The free ski bus to Nassfeld leaves about 275 meters away

  • The center is also about 275 meters away

  • The pool + wellness is about ten minutes walk

  • The supermarket is also about a ten minute walk away.
